John Wall Part II and videos of others at the NC Pro Am!

UNC's John Henson with the pretty post move. Washington Wizard's point guard John Wall took a lot of shots and missed most of them. Wall hogged the ball all night. Wall never took advantage of his teammate John Henson's height advantage inside. Henson was 4 inches taller than anyone on court and a whole lot longer than the other players. Yet, this was one of the few post passes that ever went inside to Henson.

NC Central star Dominique Sutton flying right by John Wall for the layup. Sutton outplayed John Wall all game. Sutton stepped up and played big all tournament. Sutton should have a huge season this year, and help Central make their leap in Division I this year. Dominique Sutton was named co-MVP along with NBA veteran Rasheed Wallace. Considering the big names who were at the NC Pro Am, Sutton really showed he was a big time player.

Dominique Sutton's great play continues. He blocks the shot with ferocity. Sutton played the entire Pro Am with this kind of intensity and effort.

John Wall did not play well the entire game. Wall must of thought since he was a big time NBA name that Sutton and team would roll over for him. Sutton was not impressed by this former #1 NBA overall pick. P.J. Hairston snatches down the board and throws down the two-hand power jam!

John Wall tries to steal the ball and pleads his case to the refs. Wall was unfocused all game.

UNC's P.J. Hairston with the strong move to the cup. Hairston looks like he can immediately help the Tar Heels with their title run this year.

P.J. Hariston throwing the alley-opp to John Wall for the ridiculous jam!

Dominique Sutton steals the ball from John Wall and then leads the break which leads to the bucket.

John Wall with the incredible spin move in the lane. Wall can't finish, but it brings the crowd to its feet as you can see.

John Wall knocking down the the jump, as he tries to take his team on his back.

John Wall puts the 3 ball in every one's eye and let's everybody know about it!

Wall did lots of this stuff all night.

John Wall gets into a heated argument with Jerry Stackhouse in the huddle. I wonder if Jerry was telling Wall to get inside to John Henson and stop hogging the ball.

John Wall trying to lead a late game rally. It did not work out for Wall's team this night. They lost.

John Wall gets rejected and the crowd stands up in front of the camera again.

John Wall at the NC Pro Am!!!

Long armed John Henson at the NC Pro Am, but Henson was not the biggest star named "John" at the Pro Am! All videos and pictures were taken live at the Pro Am by this blog's staff and are exclusive to Don't Buy The Hype. You will not see this footage anywhere else.

John Wall(red shorts) came back to his hometown to play at the Pro Am. Wall's team was stacked. He played with former UNC star Jerry Stackhouse and current UNC players P.J. Hairston and John Henson.
John Wall wearing number six.

John Wall knocking down the free throw.

John Wall with his hands on his hips, frustrated by his play. Wall was visibly upset since his team lost that night to an undermanned team.

This is not a great picture of Wall, but this is him leaving. You can see by the expression on his face that he is pouting about the loss.

Washington Wizard's star John Wall with the monstrous over the head jam!

UNC's P.J. Hairston dunking in warm ups.

Marquette's Darius Odom-Johnson, dunking. Old man Jerry Stackhouse knocking down the jumper. High flying dunks are no longer a part of Stackhouse's game. John Wall, trying the acrobatic dunk.

John Henson dunking.

Jerry Stackhouse, John Henson, P.J. Hairston and John Wall are all on the same Pro Am team. Yet, the star of night was NC Central's Dominique Sutton(who was the best player on his team and the court this night). Sutton was not intimidated by Wall. Early in the game Sutton got into a jawing match with Wall. Sutton a few weeks earlier got into it with Duke's Austin Rivers and dominated Rivers and his team the entire night. Wall is a legit NBA starter and maybe a star, but Sutton seemed to throw Wall off his game and Sutton led his undermanned team to victory!

Sutton is too strong for Rivers. Rivers could never really get it going this night and he could not slow Sutton down, as well.

Too easy for Dominique Sutton!

Austin You're not in High School anymore!

Future Duke star Austin Rivers at the NC Pro Am

Austin Rivers' confidence was visibly shaken at the Pro Am. He never regained his composure that night. Watch the video below for the details.

Incoming Duke freshman Michael Gbinije trying to console his teammate Austin Rivers on the bench.

There was another site who posted a story about incoming Duke freshman Austin Rivers at the NC Pro Am and their heading was "Austin Rivers and Ryan Kelly put on a show at NC Pro Am." Both Rivers and Kelly have played well, but Wednesday night belonged to North Carolina Central's Dominique Sutton. Rivers showed up at the game late and as soon as he checked in the game, Sutton was all over him. The crowd went crazy and the small gym became thick with intensity. Rivers recovered and knocked down the shot, but then lost his temper and two hand shoved Sutton. After this altercation River hit a few shots, but never regained his composure. Most would say this was a "freshman" mistake.

Rivers and Sutton still going at it! The whole team has to get involved. It was a heated summer night at the Pro Am!

Rivers was really frustrated by the incident. Here he is explaining himself to the referee and trying to get past the altercation with Sutton.

Sutton drives by Rivers and dunks and Sutton gets the "and one."

Still, Rivers had his moments. Rivers gets the better of Sutton on the other end.

Sutton manning up on Rivers.

Sutton's team destroyed Rivers' team that night! Even though Sutton's team was at a disadvantage when it came to talent. Rivers played with his Duke teammate Miles Plumlee, but they could not stop Sutton and his teammates from running all over them!

NC Pro AM videos Thursday July 26th Part II

Look how easy the game is for Ryan Kelly. It makes you wonder why Kelly only averaged 6 points a game last year. Kelly doesn't take it to the hole enough, but Kelly did play with a lot of aggressive confidence. Kelly is long, he looks every bit 7 foot. Kelly should be much improved for the Blue Devils this year.

Portland Trailblazers star Raymond Felton knocking down the 3 ball!

Fat Felton making it look easy. As good as Andre Dawkins has looked at the Pro Am, there is no way he can contain a veteran NBA starter like Felton. Felton is clearly out of shape, you can see his gut, but that does not stop him from effortlessly dropping a dime.

Dominique Sutton has been playing like a man possessed. This is Sutton catching an alley-oop. Sutton will play for North Carolina Central this year. It is hard to believe at that level, he will not dominate this year. The Pro Am is not exactly the NBA, but there is some really good talent at the Pro Am, even though the defensive intensity is lacking at times. Sutton is quick, fast, strong, intense, long, has great leaping ability, and has every skill a good shooting guard needs. Sutton is not intimidated by any of the big names. Dominique has played as well as anyone at the Pro Am. If one had to make a decision between who was better, Andre Dawkins or Dominique Sutton, it would be too hard to make.

Another dunk by Sutton. He had too many to count Thursday.

Sutton knocking down the jumper.

Dominique Sutton dishing out an assist. Sutton was showing the total package on Thursday night.
