Saturday night, June 16, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.(46-0-1) beat Andy Lee(28-2), badly. Lee is a good fighter who was born in London, England, but is of Irish hertiage. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. just keeps getting better and is starting to fit into his father's big shoes.

Here are some Bryce Harper Highlights you need to check out! Just watch the hustle plays and the pitches he's hitting HARD...
Video 1: Here's a hustle double on a softly hit ball to left. Kind of hard to see once the fans stand up, but you can see the whole replay on the video board.
Video 2: Look at where this pitch is-it it 8 inches off the inside corner! He gets his hands through and barrels it off the wall, only a few feet shy of a home run.
Videos 3 and 4: Here's his first big league homer. On a curveball that may not even be a strike, it was pretty low. The second clip is another bomb on a breaking ball against the Braves
Video 5: Here is Harper's first career walk off hit, in the 12th inning against the Mets. The video quality isn't outstanding, but it shows his two-strike approach, going to the opposite field on a pitch off the plate. In other words a PROFESSIONAL HITTER.

Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao was cheated! Timothy Bradley was awarded the victory by the judges in a split desicion, yet most experts feel Manny won the fight. Some say it's
the worst decision in boxing history!
Now the demi-gods who rule the boxing world, have already scheduled a rematch! A loss, in boxing is a big deal, especially with a fighter the age of Manny Pacquiao(33). I wondered how Manny's newfound dedication to his faith would come into play in this fight. I didn't notice any thing different really when the fight was going on, but I have to believe Manny's faith came into play after the fight. Manny handled the loss and terrible decision by the judges with such grace and dignity. After training and fighting so hard, Manny was robbed of a victory and yet he seemed to have a peace that wasn't there before.
The rematch, of course is all about money. In the video below you can see Timothy Bradley already promoting the rematch. The check that Timothy Bradley holds up(at the 6:10 minute mark of the video) has the price of a ticket($1200) for a seat and pay-per-view will cost $60 or $70. The greedy men who rule boxing will expect us to pay the price, and many will. This is the problem with the boxing world.
Friday night on ESPN2 Kelly "The Ghost" Pavlik fought the little known, Scott Sigmon. It was the beatdown everyone expected. Still, fight fans were able to see where Pavlik is with his comeback, and Sigmon won over some fans with his toughness.

to see a fighter of Kelly Pavlik's caliber fight on a friday night on ESPN. Most
fight fans think this fight will be a massacre. This fight is in the super
